About Our Client: 

For a multinational company in industrial & manufacturing sector, we are looking for a Technical Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the company’s market presence in the industrial manufacturing sector;

• Identify and engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs;

• Lead the sales team in achieving targets, providing mentorship, and driving performance through strategic initiatives;

• Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to align client feedback with product improvements;

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and establish new business opportunities;

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the industrial manufacturing sector;

• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving high-value deals;

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, machinery, or related technologies;

• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe and internationally when required;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Complementary Skills:

• Experience in automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies is a strong plus;

• Fluency in German and English (additional languages are an advantage);

• Strategic mindset with the ability to forecast trends and adapt to market demands;

• High level of emotional intelligence and a results-oriented approach.
