Job description

Saleance is a consultancy company specialising in the search and selection of sales profiles and the building of sales networks.

 

About Our Client: 

For a multinational leader in the sportswear sector, we are looking for an Account Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with existing clients within the assigned territory (Nielsen 3, Central Italy);
  • Building customer loyalty and negotiating orders, display spaces, and special campaigns;
  • Implementing commercial plans and preparing sales forecasts;
  • Monitoring KPIs and sales data.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales in the sports or fashion industry;
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); 
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and present sales data, including sell-in, sell-out, marketing campaign results, competitor activities, etc.;
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

 

Complementary Skills:

  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment;
  • Familiarity with the customer base of specialized sports stores.
