Saleance is a consultancy company specialising in the search and selection of sales profiles and the building of sales networks.

 

About Our Client: 

For a multinational leader in the sportswear sector, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and managing relationships with existing clients in the assigned region (Emilia Romagna and surrounding regions);
  • Strengthening customer loyalty and overseeing negotiations for orders, promotional displays, and special initiatives;
  • Executing sales strategies and developing sales forecasts;
  • Monitoring key metrics and analyzing sales performance data.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within the sports or fashion sectors;
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level);
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present sales data, including sell-in, sell-out, marketing campaign outcomes, competitor activities, etc.;
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

 

Complementary Skills:

  • Experience working in a multinational corporate setting;
  • Knowledge of the customer base within specialized sports retail.
